Our providers include some of the most respected health professionals in the St. Louis, Mid-Missouri, and Western and Southern Illinois areas. CMR’s provider search function is updated weekly. The participation of a particular provider is never a guarantee, even if a member is referred by their physician to the provider. CMR is in the process of continually negotiating with physicians and hospitals, and changes will be made appropriately. It is important to know when you enroll in this plan, services are provided through the plan's delivery system, but continued participation of any one doctor, hospital, or other provider cannot be guaranteed. Individual plans may contract with specific providers outside of the CMR network. These providers are not credentialed by CMR and therefore are not listed in this directory.
